By placing an order with The Kuki Jar, you agree to the following terms.

Products

As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration and colour are normal and do not affect quality.

Allergens

Our cookies contain allergens including wheat (gluten), milk, eggs and soya. Some varieties also contain peanuts and tree nuts.

Although every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles:

• Eggs
• Wheat (gluten)
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Soya

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Availability

Occasionally ingredients may become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute decorative toppings with similar alternatives while maintaining the same flavour wherever possible.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, except where otherwise required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
