Collection Policy

All cookies are freshly baked to order.

Orders are collected from the agreed collection point and time confirmed with your order.

Please arrive within the agreed collection window. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible.

For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your cookies within 3–4 days.

Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

To enjoy them warm, microwave for approximately 10–15 seconds.

At present, The Kuki Jar offers collection only. If nationwide delivery becomes available, this policy will be updated.
