Refund policy

At The Kuki Jar, every cookie is freshly baked to order using high-quality ingredients.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been collected.

If there is an issue with your order, such as:

• An incorrect item received
• Missing items
• Damage caused before collection

please contact us within 24 hours of collection with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the agreed collection date may be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of collection cannot usually be refunded, as ingredients and production will already have been allocated.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
